All ticket sales for Sleepless Weekends are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Your ticket is delivered immediately to the email address provided during checkout through your Shopify order receipt. Please verify that your email address is correct before completing your purchase. Sleepless Weekends is not responsible for tickets sent to an incorrectly entered email address.

If you do not receive your ticket, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us for assistance.
